General facilities
The cottage is set in an elevated position above Loch Farraline in an acre of garden and meadow ground, fully fenced and secure for your pets to wander around freely. Lianachan is an excellent choice for those of you that enjoy long hill and forest walks with the dog, with lots of choice of routes to suit all levels of fitness for both you and your pets. Lianachan is double glazed with electric night storage heaters, a coal effect gas fire gives that extra heat and ambience.
- Comfortable open plan living area with two leather sofas. The large window takes in the stunning views of Loch Farraline and the Monadliath mountains beyond. Living flame gas fire, digital television with sky movie channels, DVD, Video and mini Hi Fi system. Selection of DVDs, Videos and CDs. Wireless internet connection (bring your own laptop). We have also ensured you have plenty books, magazines and information about the area, including walks, local and farther afield.
- The kitchen complete with Neff appliances includes, electric oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and all the usual kitchen equipment and ironing facilities.
- Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, deep wool carpets and fine views to hill and forest. One double bedroom and one single bedroom with a pull out companion bed (suitable for a child).
- A hairdryer is provided and a cot and highchair are available if required.
- The luxury fully tiled bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
- BBQ and patio with furniture and for dining al fresco.
- Fenced garden, safe for children and pets.
- Private parking to the rear of the cottage for two cars.
